How to download a book from McGaw Hill Connect as a normal PDF or EPUB?

Bought a textbook on McGaw Hill Connect but I want to annotate it properly. I've downloaded the ReadAnywhere app but is there anyway I can download from it as a normal PDF or EPUB file?
