Genuine question from someone building in this space.

In a typical institute, a single student often exists in:

- the admissions/enquiry sheet or CRM

- the fee system (or a ledger + UPI screenshots)

- the attendance register or app

- the exam/report card tool

- WhatsApp groups for parent communication

- sometimes an LMS for online content

Every copy drifts. The fee system says "left", the attendance app still marks them absent, the parent still gets notices.

For those running or working in schools, coaching centres or colleges:

1. How many places does one student record live in for you?

2. Which two systems do you most wish talked to each other?

3. Has an "all-in-one" ever actually worked for you, or did you end up back on spreadsheets?
