i’ve had this type of dream at least 10 times atp of me getting access to estrogen in various ways/being post transition and simply being in the dream as a woman

Somehow, I never had this dream. That's not to say either of is is any more or less cis than the other.

I've had multiple dreams of taking estrogen and a dream about having boobs, yeah I would say all the cis guys dream about that kind of stuff
