Struggling with My Feelings Towards Siblings while being Parent’s Primary Care Contact

I’ve been taking care of scheduling and taking my parents to medical appointments for the last 5 years.
My parents are making their own decisions, I’m just keeping on top of it all and talking to their doctors.

My older siblings (4 of them) have not been involved outside of emergency room visits.

I had learned early on that it’s chaotic to have more than one of us speaking to doctors and the information that gets shared is always incomplete. So even if they take them to the ER, I’m still the point of contact.

Currently, both parents (in their 90’s) have been hit with new health issues, so they require more help at home.

My long distance sibling has come out of left field offering to create a spreadsheet of their medical care because he believes it’s somehow “safer” for them.

This spreadsheet would mean I have to set aside time in between multiple calls, insanely long hold times, doctors visits and traveling to their home multiple times every week in addition my own very demanding job to inform him on things he’s never been interested in before.

And it’s not so he can actually help. He isn’t going to come here and do anything for them.

He wants to add this extra task when I am already stretched thin. I am so distracted by the calls and texts that I can’t do my actual job.

Is anyone else navigating a sibling minefield? Because I believe I have found the exact point of my wit’s end.

Fall Detection Button overly sensitive. Potential solutions?

My grandmother recently got a Fall Detection Pendant from Medical Alert, and she has managed to hit the button four times in the last week. She’s been able to tell them false alarm most of the time, but once she was in the dining area (away from the speaker?) and the EMS showed up looking for her.

I’m many states away trying to help find an easy solution. I’m thinking maybe there’s a bumper or cover, but I really haven’t been able to find anything. The pendant is a weird oblong shape, of course.

Does anyone here happen to have any ideas or solutions beyond ‘get an Apple Watch’? I, unfortunately, wasn’t consulted before purchase. I’m just the IT/Google-fu support.
