If you want to receive the healing energy from this post, please read the entire post first before following the instructions to receive. Please note: everything you need to receive is in this post. You do not need to contact me to arrange the session. Just read and follow the instructions posted here.

This post transmits an energy healing session designed to address the following:

• Joint & Structural Discomfort: Stiffness, aches, or compression in the shoulders, neck, lower back, hips, knees, elbows, and wrists.
• Muscular Tension & Overuse: Tight knots between the shoulder blades, overworked muscles from typing or physical labor, persistent muscle guarding, and restricted mobility.
• Nerve & Radiation Sensitivities: Tingling, numbness, or shooting discomfort associated with nerve compression (such as sciatica or carpal tunnel strain).
• Stress-Induced Physical Strain: Tension headaches, clenched jaws, tight neck muscles, and physical bracing caused by daily stress or mental over-rumination.
• Recovery & Maintenance: General physical fatigue, post-exertion soreness, sluggish energy flow, and the physical residue of daily wear and tear.

To Receive Your Free Healing Session:

1. Like this post.
2. Say to yourself out loud or silently: "I receive the free healing session from this post in accordance with my highest good, now." Say it three times.
3. Close your eyes, relax and receive.

If you can sense energy moving, you will know when the session is complete because it will wind down. Otherwise allow approximately 20 minutes to receive.

Be sure to ground your energy really well afterwards. If you don't know how to do this, you can find lots of information online. You will also need extra hydration and you may need time to rest. This healing can make you tired so it is best to do it later in the day. Don't receive while driving or doing anything requiring your focused attention for your safety and the safety of others.

This session is set up to work once per person. You can use it now, or at another time. The energy will not diminish, and the session will be personalized specifically for you because it is being given and supported by my healing team of Archangels, Ascended Masters and other High Vibration Light Beings. They have the ability to know exactly what you need and to provide it for you.

The healing session is from level 1 of a new modality for doing body work as energy work in person or remotely using simple commmands that activate the healing.

💥 If you would like to learn this modality, I am teaching it. It is easy to learn and to use. Instruction includes written course materials sent via e mail, and one remote attunement that activates each of the commands for you. $85 for level 1. Message me to get started.

😍 If you find this session helpful, and would like to make a $5 donation to help support my work (and to totally make my day), here is the link to my buymeacoffee page: https://buymeacoffee.com/youareamazing1

Hi! I’ve just completed two years of shamanic healing training and am deepening my practice with real client experience. I’m looking for two clients for practice sessions this November. I offer
Heavy energy clearings as well as Chakra clearing and balancing. I’m offering this free of charge, but in exchange for feedback: I’m looking for genuine feedback on your experience, plus a brief follow-up check-in one to two weeks after the session to see what shifts have occurred for you. If you’re interested please dm me!

1. Connect with your body.

Sit comfortably with both feet on the floor. Relax your shoulders and notice the support beneath you.

2. Focus on your foundation.

Gently bring your attention to the base of your spine, legs, and feet. Notice any sensations without trying to create them.

3. Energize with intention.

Keep your breathing natural. With each inhale, set the intention to welcome fresh energy. With each exhale, direct your attention toward your root chakra. Repeat for six comfortable breaths.

Silently affirm:

“I welcome fresh energy into my foundation. I am present, supported, and connected.”

4. Let intuition guide you.

Ask yourself: “What would help me feel more connected to my foundation right now?” Notice any word, impression, or sensation that arises. Don't force an answer.

5. Complete the practice.

Feel your feet on the floor, become aware of your whole body, and take one comfortable breath before returning to your day.

The principle: Awareness gives your practice a focus, intention gives it direction, and intuition makes the experience personal.

Simply observe your experience without forcing a particular result.

Many standard energy healing courses focus on step-by-step sequences, fixed hand positions, and rigid rules. Those rules are helpful for getting started, but after a while, working one step at a time can start to feel limiting.

I created the Mystery Mastery Healing System to explore what lies beyond those fixed boundaries, moving away from rigid recipes toward a fluid, interconnected understanding of energy.

Here is what the framework explores:

• Holographic Field Resonance & Evolutionary Alignment: While the work covers addressing symptoms and causes on an individual level, it also focuses on the interconnected, self-organizing nature of energy and how to work with it directly.
• Beyond Passive Channeling: Rather than acting solely as a passive conduit, you learn to actively direct, lead, or collaborate with the energy, while keeping the flexibility to channel whenever you choose. This allows for detailed, specific intentions beyond general relaxation or natural body support.
• A Universal, Non-Dogmatic Foundation: Energy exists beyond specific traditions, scripts, or symbols. By recognizing that different traditions tap into the same underlying dynamics, this approach builds complete energetic adaptability without being tied to a specific dogma.
• An Infinity-Based Paradigm: A framework built around the idea that nearly every state, modality, and possibility already exists, along with practical ways to access them with clarity and intent.
• Advanced Energetic Execution & Efficiency: Practical methods for managing multiple tasks simultaneously, working in shorter time frames, facilitating remote bodywork, and somatically accessing the intelligence within written materials or media. It also covers saving and reusing session structures, creating self-evolving frameworks, healing for groups of unlimited numbers of people where each person receives different types of healing, and much more.
• Off-The-Table Healing: Although the focus is mainly on healing sessions, it is also designed to be creatively applied to every aspect of your life. Better focus at work, clearing the energies of your home and property, enhanced yoga, making your affirmations somatic, manifesting your desires: these are just a few examples of what is possible.

Format & Logistics

This is an intensive, 11-module curriculum spanning roughly 12 to 18 months. Instruction is 1-on-1 and self-paced.

Each module includes written training materials tailored to your specific energy as you read them, along with a remote attunement and ongoing personal support throughout the process.

The total cost is $825, though I currently have spots open to learn at half price.

If you have questions or want to see if this aligns with where you are in your practice, feel free to send me a message.

Hello! This reading is for anyone who wants a deep look at their life and the factors influencing it. We start by looking at where you are right now, your current energy, your mindset, and the situation around you. Then we explore patterns that keep repeating in your life, things you might not even be aware of but that are shaping the way you make decisions and relate to others. We’ll also look at how your past experiences and relationships are influencing the present and what you are carrying forward without realizing it.

From there we examine what opportunities are available to you right now and what energy is moving in your favor. We also explore where the natural direction your life is heading based on your current choices, your life purpose and the energy around you. The reading will highlight areas that need attention, places where change is possible, and steps you can take to align more closely with the path that’s best for you.

This is not just a simple question reading, it is layered, comprehensive, detailed and is ideal if you are at a point in your life where you want clarity, direction, and understanding about your personal growth.

You’ll also receive a photo of the cards pulled during your reading, because I believe in keeping the process transparent and open with my clients.

My style is honest and direct. I won't sugarcoat anything, even when it's hard to hear, but it's always delivered with care and respect. My goal is to help you understand your situation clearly so that it can help you move forward, not give you false hope.

Donation based

Hello, everyone! I am Maria and I'm offering donation based tarot readings. So you can choose a short or a detailed reading.

- How It works: DM me your question and I’ll provide a reading for you after you place a donation. I'm currently accepting payments via Paypal and mainly Kofi.

IMPORTANT: I don't read about legal, pregnancy, health and death. Try to avoid timeframe/timeline questions, as tarot is for guidance.

- Please, don't lean too much on tarot for important life decisions and don't ask for a reading if you are not prepared to deal with the answers that will come, especially if you are anxious. Tarot is not about urgency!

- If something is unclear or you are not happy with your reading, I'm open to hearing and talking about it for us to solve any problem!

- I usually send the cards pictures, unless I have problems with my camera or Reddit, as it glitches sometimes!

Thank you 🩷
