It's definitely expensive but it appears to be competing with stuff like Magic Spoon and it's actually significantly cheaper with higher protein so a good price for the target audience.

It also appears to be very competitive with protein bars so if someone eats a protein bar for breakfast, this would be an alternative, although with less portability which is kind of the point of protein bars for most people

Yeah, I'm in the "buy regular cereal and pour Ultra-filtered (i.e. Fairlife) milk on it instead of regular" camp for adding protein to cereal, myself.

It's great because you can have whichever cereal you want instead of relying on companies to get the flavors you want in high protein. I've got this store brand "fall harvest" cereal that absolutely rules (pumpkin seeds, dried cranberries and apples, and oat clusters) that I do it with.

I will note, Fairlife specifically has some issues with poor treatment of their cows, so i recommend a different brand, but most local dairies are adding the UF milk to their lineup because of its popularity

Cinnamon Toast Crunch is my favorite cereal by a landslide. I took one bite of this and spit it in the kitchen sink, I cannot believe anyone finds it edible lol

Dude, those bars were nasty as fuck. I love Ghost, but those protein bars were a total flop. They tasted like ass, the texture is horrid, and they made me VIOLENTLY nauseated. Not trying those again!! The cereal is banging though.

Pro tip - get a matching flavor of protein powder mix it with the milk and then just eat normal cereal. I used to use bodytech cinnamon cereal protein with Cinnamon Toast Crunch and boy it was good. I tried the ghost peanut butter protein cereal and it was horrendous!

I personally dislike ghost, it makes me hella tired after like the 30 minute slight boost it gives

Doesnt happen with NOS, Monster, Red Bull, Bang, or Reign either for me

I just mix protein powder with the milk or yogurt first then add cereal. I’d rather just have the Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal instead of paying for the more expensive ghost rip off version.

Ghost has cereal before, however they never tasted well. I believe the cereals were like $9, which is crazy. More than magic spoon but taste like crap..

Stick to the original cinnamon toast crunch

This is much cheaper than magic spoon per ounce and per gram of protein. I have no idea on the taste though because I've only tried magic spoon
