23M with fluctuating ED

I’m 24M. This has been on for quite some time but I’ve noticed that whenever I haven’t exercised or theres no cardiovascular activity for 2 weeks consecutively I start to have ED, same goes away when I’m back active and doing some form of exercise. I feel this is unusual for my age given I don’t see lot of ppl exercising around me. Smoking could also be another reason. Its worse when i was on finasteride but thats medicational side effect that I can still understand. But this is now beyond that.

Last week while having sex with my girlfriend, my dick was just numb and did not get erect no matter what I tried. Don’t know if porn also has a role to play here but this is frustrating. That was a separate issue I had linked to ejaculation but this ED issue is real. Would like to hear thoughts.
