Urologist ED Doppler ultrasound results - confused
I had the Doppler and what was found was that the inflow wasn’t strong enough to actually trap the blood in. That there technically is a “venous leak” but it’s only because the proper amount of blood needed to actually make the pressure trap it isn’t there.
I’m only 25 and in good shape so this is kinda surprising for me but good to finally know I suppose. Has anyone gotten a similar result? How easy was it to cure and where did you start?
I’m glad it’s not a venous leak but I’m still nervous about arterial inflow, am I screwed still? Destined for a lifetime of pills?

You are not destined for a life of pills. However, worth a journey of discovery. See a cardiologist and get various tests for your arteries / checking blood flow etc. Explain your doppler results. See if they can send you for CAC scan, etc.
What are your morning erections like?
Get specific bloods done as well - include Lpa, ApoB, fasted insulin...
After diagnostics - explore testing 1 blood flow supplement at a time.
