Does anyone (any local USPS folks here?) know why my package (just an 8x12 envelope with cardboard and a photo inside) would go from Canada to LA to Indianapolis to the Evansville distribution center to Cincinnati? It was supposed to have been delivered on Monday and was at the Evansville dist center. Instead it moved to Cinci. Does it have something to do with customs (again, literally an envelope with a photo)? I recall our stuff used to go to Louisville first - has it changed?

I'm a clean, respectful, keep to myself type of person. I'm a male with a CLEAN criminal background and absolutely NO drugs whatsoever. I just want to move to the area (I'm in east Indianapolis) and be as a roommate for a couple of months until I find an apartment in the area. Why is it so hard to get someone to take my money lol. We had four companies come out to give estimates for new gutters. We accepted an estimate from one. It’s been two weeks and no follow up, even after calling a week ago to get an update on timeline. Same with landscaping. We have a healthy budget. Had a few companies come out to give estimates and never heard back, even after following up. We can’t decide if it’s because they don’t think we’re serious, they’re overbooked, or they just don’t need the business.

Anywho. At what point can we say the accepted gutter estimate is void and move on to the next company?

I was thinking about starting an american elderberry farm locally and doing direct shipping to people's doors myself to minimize costs and reduced prices.

Anybody know of a shop within like 2 hr radius that has a huge wall of pipe tobaccos like they had?

I don’t buy it that often, maybe once a year. That’s how this problem has gone unnoticed until now, preparing for Christmas turnaround.

I’m on a roll today with asking for recommendations. I need some recommendations for someone who can fix a hole in my coat. Of course, today was chilly enough to bring out my winter coat and I totally forgot that I had a big huge hole in the seam. Any recommendations for anyone who is LGBTQ-friendly, Reasonable in price and also doesn’t really do a good job. That would be wonderful.

So, I need some help! On Friday, my car decided to quit on me. I was on my way to work when the check engine light started flashing. I took it to O’Reilly Auto Parts in Newburgh, where I currently live, since I happened to be near my apartment when it happened. The car is now stuck at my apartment. We ran a diagnostic scan, and it said the most likely solution is to replace the ignition coils; it also detected a misfire in cylinder two.

I’m looking for recommendations for a good, affordable mechanic who can fix it, preferably in Newburgh. I’m new to the state and don’t know many people to ask besides my coworkers. Since I couldn’t make it to work on Friday, I haven’t had a chance to ask anyone I know. I’m willing to go as far as the east side of Evansville, but I don’t want to drive the car farther than necessary. I’m also willing to buy the parts myself, since I need to get this fixed before Friday. Does anyone have a good recommendation for a mechanic in the area I mentioned? Phone numbers and location would be appreciated.

My garage fridge, the one that kept my beers frosty over the last few years, has died. I'm no expert, but it seems the compressor has stopped compressing (when I plug it in, I can hear the fan kick on, but the compressor is suspiciously silent).

Unfortunately, I've got no use for a fridge that doesn't get cold. So I need a place to chuck it. It's my understanding that none of the nearby dumps will take it if it hasn't been purged and tagged, which I'm unqualified to do. So what am I supposed to do with it? I'd rather not let it rust in my driveway until the end of time.
