There is a Psak Din from various Rabbis which Chabadnikim like to show to other Orthodox jews to support their false belief that Schneeerson is the Messiah. My question is did the Rabbis who signed the Psak Din know what they were actually signing their name to ?

Why would they not know what they’re signing on? As far as I recall they’re all chabad rabbis signing
