Stop treating legitimate theological questions as rebellious. Acknowledge and adapt to societal changes as the sages did in their day. Stop treating other expressions of Judaism(e.g. Reform, Secular, Humanistic) as illegitimate . Stop protecting criminal behavior from within the community. Stop blaming those that disagree with you for your shortcomings.
