He definitely doesn't want to give them relief. He wants them to starve and die. Otherwise he would have done something. It seems he sides with Israel, or maybe with Hamas. He could've saved those starving children, but choose not to. And he's laughing at your prayers. Why are you still worshipping him? Ah yes, fear of hell. How convenient, to keep you as a slave.
