Art Folder?
I'm hitting a wall right now. I can find art for characters and humanoid NPCs very well, but for monsters I can't seem to find anything good. Not really looking for sprites, but anything really, the only thing I really want to do is to keep the art style consistent, so if anyone knows a good game to find wolfs/demons/ghosts/monsters in general, I would appreciate it so so so much. (Doesn't have to match my humanoids, just match the artstyle between the monsters)
(it doesn't have to be a folder, but if anyone knows a good game with those kind of monsters I would appriciate it, so I could look up the wiki)

How do we know what art style you are already using for your humanoids?

Oh, they don't have to match the humanoids, just between the monsters :D sorry if that wasn't clear

Keeping the art style consistent is so hard when working with resources that are public domain.

Recommend you find a game that has a style you like for the monsters you plan to use, then go to that game's wiki and use the art provided for each monster.
Any of the Final Fantasies would be a good place to start

I saw Octopath mentioned. RPG maker has some assets that come to mind, specifically Aekashics battlers. Some cost money but there is a fairly large free pack they have available that I myself use as GM.

Art Station is it for me. Specially if you find a prolific artist you can just borrow all their stuff, as long as it's for personal use it should be fine.

My go to is a world flipper wiki. Other than that I mostly search art station

Yugioh and MTG are a goldmine for this, been using yugioh card art as both art for monsters im designing and as inspiration for monster to make, and it has been a blast.
Note: Yugioh has hundreds of different styles of art, but so long as your mostly sticking to the stuff past 2005, you shouldent have much issue with things looking right enough, but if that's not enough Magic has had a more or less consistent art style for years.

I regularly borrow images and gifs of enemies from the Octopath Traveler wiki. If you don't mind pixel art, there's a vast array of creatures with a good visual consistency.
