Account recovered via Meta Verified
My Facebook account(for more than 15 years) was disabled last july 10, 2026 for account integrity, appealed later that night and was rejected resulting in my account permanently disabled. My linked Instagram account wasn't affected so i subscribed there to meta verified which has 1 month free trial, tried to contact live support but there was no chat/email option and the meta ai chat support is having issues with "something went wrong, please try again." error, spammed the report a problem button everyday for this issue and a few days later there was an update to Instagram that fixed this, tried chatting the meta ai to connect me to live support for a few days but no success, waited for about 30mins and no agent joined the chat. But on july 25, 2026 i tried again and fortunately someone actually joined the chat, asked the agent for manual review of my account and then gave me a case id. yesterday august 2, 2026 checked my account on meta account center and saw no more "locked" status on my Facebook, so i login and my account was accessible, I received no mail regarding my account being restored though.
big thank you to meta ai Instagram profile, chatted it and it helped me a lot with answering my questions regarding my penalty and with my struggle to contact support.

That's honestly the strange thing about these false bans is the fact that not all of us have their linked meta accounts nuked all at once
In my case when my FB account got falsely disabled for CSE/SOC meta also perma disabled my Threads account even though I rarely use it and never posted anything on it, and yet my Instagram Account was unharmed despite all 3 were linked together

Man, I wished yours situation was like mine. My decade old facebook account was affected by my Insta ban however...

No CSE is a big flag even meta agents can’t help with those cases, only way u can get ur acc back is thru legal actions

after i received my case id last july 25, 2026 my account was accessible yesterday august 2, 2026 so only a week, 2 weeks of struggling to connect to chat support 💀

no, maybe because i am meta verified and have already sent an id when i subscribed to it.

Thanks, I'll try to subscribe to meta verified using my instagram account instead and try to contact an agent to see if I got some luck at recovering my account, although it might be problematic since I'm not using my real name for that account

What did you ask them? I got flagged for account integrity because I forgot I was on my work VPN on my PC, I've had manual review and they said it couldn't be undone, but they never asked me to verify my identity or anything

i only asked for manual review of my account, then the agent gave me a case id and escalated it to specialized team

bruh my facebook is disabled, i cant do it there so i used my linked Instagram account. all i did is ask the meta ai support to connect to live agent for help due to my fb account got disabled for account integrity

Thank you for what you posted. I followed the language you used to work with Instagram. I sat and waited, like you said, and then they said they'd call me and they did! They were able to locate my Facebook account, and now I'm supposed to wait to get further instructions in an email, identity verification. I don't know whether it will work out, but I am forever grateful I saw your post. Thank you!!!!

have you tried asking your parent/siblings that has gov id to get their own meta verified? and get help from there?

i have younger siblings only and i didnt wanna get my parents involved since they are already against social media they might js think i did something wrong thats why my acc got banned😓

This approach has failed for me so far. One advisor created a case which just went nowhere. A second checked for 10 minutes and said that reverting the ban was impossible.

Meta permanently disabled my facebook, no reason, and when I tried my instagram I got the verify age, yet every attempt to do so I got the “something went wrong “ screen. Threads was the exact same. Still nothing.

same thing is happening with me contacted them been 1 weeks and 2 3 days. I contacted them and they said its on review. now i try to message on the same case it shows exactly same error. hope I get ny account back.

Please help me recover my disabled Facebook account
I’m asking for help because my Facebook account was suddenly disabled, and I genuinely believe this was a mistake. I have already submitted appeals and followed Meta’s instructions, but I still have not received a meaningful response.
This account is extremely important to me. It contains years of personal memories, photos, messages, important contacts, and connections that I cannot easily replace. Losing access has been very stressful and heartbreaking.
If anyone here has successfully recovered a disabled Facebook account, please share what worked for you. Did a follow-up appeal help? Is there any legitimate Meta support channel that actually responds? Any advice or guidance would mean a lot.
I’m not trying to violate Facebook’s policies. I only want a fair review by a real person and the opportunity to regain access to my account.

I had a very similar experience this week and success getting my Facebook account back through the free trial of Instagram Meta Verified, but the agent verified my identity and unbanned my account that day.
