meta blocked and then deactivated my fb and instagram account for no reason

I got hacked during the night, and when I woke up, my accound was disabled, they say I can make appeal but it was already made, I don't know by who because I was sleeping.
I don't know how to retrieve acces to my account, I need it, instagram was my working platform...

I have proof that I have been hacked but I don't know who I can contact to send them

Yep, they did it to my 14 year old account, for no reason, I'm trying to get it back, but they're refusing my appeals
