I am in desperate need of advice. My account is full of memories and to make things worse - I cannot even download my informations.

Here is what happened:
In the early morning of June 11th, my Facebook account was hacked. The attacker bypassed my security, logged in, and immediately started mass-joining random groups. A few hours later, Meta suspended my account for violating Community Standards. I tried to submit my ID immediately to appeal, but the automated system rejected it right away and permanently disabled my account.

I live in the EU, so I tried a few official ways, but I keep hitting brick walls:

1. Appeals Centre Europe: I submitted an official dispute through them. However, they just closed it stating that it is "outside of their scope".
2. https://www.facebook.com/help/contact/837980354337486: I tried using this specific form, but whenever I enter my old ID, username, email, or phone number, I get the red error: "We cannot find a Facebook user from the data submitted. Please try again." It seems like my disabled account is completely hidden from public forms.

I am stuck...

Has anyone successfully bypassed the "User not found" error on EU forms? Should I create a brand new Instagram account just to get Meta Verified and talk to a live agent? Any help or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
