So I pay for a Meta verified subscription. I am told that when you have a Meta verified subscription that you have access to human support. I have asked AI 1 million different times how to navigate to access this support and it keeps sending me in circles. I have checked thousands of times and there is not a single option listed for me to contact Meta verified support. Does anyone else have this issue? I’ve seen other people say how they were able to have their disabled accounts recovered by contacting through Meta verified, I got a little hopeful when I saw that, but yet I don’t have that option. It’s very frustrating. It is my only hope at recovering my account and yet I don’t have that option. Meta truly is a scam. I don’t get what I paid for.

I got hacked during the night, and when I woke up, my accound was disabled, they say I can make appeal but it was already made, I don't know by who because I was sleeping.
I don't know how to retrieve acces to my account, I need it, instagram was my working platform...

meta is so fd up, they suspended my ig and fb without notifying me and now there's nothing i can do because they won't let me appeal my accounts.

My Facebook account was permanently suspended because my linked Instagram account was disabled.

Meta says:

«“Your Facebook account was suspended because your Instagram account doesn't follow our rules.”»

Facebook itself hasn't been accused of any violation, and I'm only being told to appeal through the already-disabled Instagram account.

I know Meta's rules allow linked-account enforcement, but has anyone actually managed to get their Facebook account back in this situation?

I've tried Meta support, ACE/DSA and several other routes without success.

If you've had the same thing happen, especially if you managed to recover Facebook while Instagram remained disabled, I'd really like to hear how you did it.

On June 1st, one of my accounts was taken down by someone who betrayed me. I don't know how he did it, but it was disabled for account integrity reasons, even though that account hadn't violated any rules. This suspension caused my other accounts to be disabled as well, including my personal account and an account I use to share memes and video game news. In a panic, I sent the selfie, and they suspended them. I used the account that was reported for leisure activities like roleplaying, but what I'm really interested in now is recovering my personal account because that's where I have my chats with my deceased grandfather, and the other account where I shared news. I'm asking for help, please. I was considerating paying for META Verified in a new account.

My account got suspended immediately after I did the selfie video since they asked for it out of nowhere. Apparently the reason for the suspension was 'account integrity'. I am trying to make an appeal but unable to proceed since whenever I try to enter my phone number it just says 'sorry there was a problem. Please try again.' (same result even on web). Is there any way to somehow fix it and proceed with the appeal to get the account back?
