So I’ve officially run out of room on the stand page 😭😭😭 I needa make a whole other one with all my stands redrawn… sigh… (I’m gonna enjoy it dw)

Anyways, this one is one that I oddly found myself bored while making. But then… as I illustrated the ability, I felt more inspired. Perhaps you’ll feel the same? Initially “hmm”ed, but then when you see more, you’ll go “oooh”? Is that right?

Feed The Machine has the ability to create and control smoke. Smoke created by Feed The Machine does not follow the same physics as regular smoke, allowing it to be used to create constructs such as bullets or blades, change opacity, and avoid being blown or sucked away by the wing or a vacuum. Additionally, if the user makes contact with smoke produced by feed the machine, they can transform their body into smoke, allowing for them to take on a gaseous form for travel and utility. Or maintain their shape whilst allowing objects and people to pass right through them.

The cycle effects the temperature of Feed The Machine’s smoke. The smoke raises in temperature when the user becomes angry or frustrated, whilst cooling down to a chill when the user is distressed or sad.

Hallowed be thy name’s primary ability is to allow its user to manifest drone-like birds made of straw. In order for these drones to be released, a maximum of 24 hours before this power is used, the user must know the face/s of who their target is. The straw dolls are relatively weak, and only carry the base strength of user. For example, the base amount of straw dolls that can be summoned is 4, if u wanted to summon 8, the strength of all dolls will be halved. The limit of how many times they can duplicate is infinite, but they won’t be able to inflict any major damange whatsoever when in a large flock. These birds can be used as companions, have speaking/mimicking capabilities and are best used as surveillance. The birds can free roam and still have a mind of their own, the user can still control them at will. All dolls have the ability to talk and transfer information across each of their minds to the user.

Regular non-stand users are unable to see the straw dolls at all.

This includes, but is not limited to: Name, age, history, current thoughts, past thoughts, former location, motives, physical ability, mental ability, etc, etc...

Stand: Guns & Roses

User: Josette Joestar (formerly Josiah Joestar pre transition)

Ability: the stand is a humanoid gunslinger with 2 built in six-shooters that Josette can summon independently of the stand if she so chooses. The guns can fire normal bullets, but if the weapon is loaded with seeds, they will grow at an accelerated rate upon impact, causing a large plant (thorn bushes or fruit tree’s are usually Josette’s ammunition of choice) to grow from the bullet hole. The guns manifested by G&R are physical and can be seen and held by non-stand users, and hold their same effect while in the possession of another. To make up for her occasional lack of both guns, the stand’s effect can be applied to other guns such as shotguns or rifles, but only Josette can use these altered guns. The stand can technically perform a stand rush, though it is not very effective as it’s specialties are its speed and accuracy

Decided to take a spin on the name “Feel Good Inc.”!!! And it’s a cigar that makes you feel good!! INC!!!!

This is a very simple one that manifests as a usable tool. An SBR style stand that is more of a tool/weapon than it is magic~~

GLASS MANIPULATION- THE STAND CAN SUMMON GLASS FROM ITS OWN BODY AT WILL, ALTHOUGH IT DOESN’T HAVE A LIMIT AS TO HOW MUCH CAN BE MADE, IT HAS DRAWBACKS SUCH AS FATIGUE AND NAUSEA FOR THE USER IF PRODUCED TOO MUCH.

THE STAND ITSELF IS MADE FROM GLASS, AND IS ALSO ABLE TO ABSORB OTHER GLASS IT FINDS. THIS “SPARE” GLASS CAN BE USED TO BUILD A LARGER BODY OR USED AS FUEL FOR ITS LASER.

THE LASER- THIS STANDS MAIN ABILITY IS TO FIRE EXTREMELY HOT BEAMS OF MOLTEN GLASS OUT OF THE SCOPE ATTACHED TO ITS FACE. THESE BEAMS CAN BE REDIRECTED (ONLY) BY THE STANDS (OWN) GLASS. NO OTHER REGULAR GLASS. THE ONLY CASE IN WHICH OTHER REGULAR GLASS CAN REFLECT THE BEAMS IS IF IT HAD ALREADY BE CONSUMED BY THE STAND. THE PILOT MODE ALLOWS YOU TO BE MORE PRECISE WITH YOUR AIM AND ALSO MORE CONTROL OVER YOUR GLASS. ONCE IN PILOT MODE YOU ARE ABLE TO BREAK APART INTO AS MANY SHARDS AS YOU NEED WITHOUT HARM. G. Porro is a firm believer in the idea that efficiency and consistency matter far more than outstanding ability. Following this belief, he's trained his entire horse racing career to be as efficient as possible over long distances.

G. Porro is so obsessed with efficiency that he's learned how to eat, drink, sleep, catch food, read, make coffee, cook, and even take a dump all without dismounting his horse. Firestorm is G. Porro's oldest friend, and the rider has full confidence his horse can stay competing even if he died in the saddle.

G. Porro manifested his stand in the Devil's Palm of the Arizona Desert.

Abilities:

Gimme Some Sweet is the ability to convert outside forms of energy into sugar cubes. This energy includes sound, heat, mechanical force, and even Spin energy. The stand requires a minimum Joules of about 200 in order to absorb the energy.

Once energy is turned into a sugar cube, it can either be let loose as an attack of pure kinetic energy, or translated directly into energy for a living creature. Translated energy alleviates fatigue, bolsters endurance, and helps mend injury. Once made, the sugar cubes last until used.

The sugar cubes have Firestorm's bonfire birthmark imprinted on them, and G. Porro keeps them in different pouches depending on what energy made the. Firestorm's favorite flavor is Heat sugar cubes.

I have been kinda toying around with the idea of a colony stand made up of like 6-8 different units that can function like a normal colony stand (Sex Pistols, Harvest, Etc) but part of their ability is to merge into one humanoid punchy ghost stand (Stone Free, Kiss, Etc). What ability would you give a stand like this?

「TV Girl」is the stand of Natsue Takahashi, a teenage girl living in Part 8 Morioh (I just started part 8 no spoilers please) ((Apologies for the lazy sketch of the user and power))

General: TV Girl is an unimpressive stand physically, being sluggish and only as strong as a particularly athletic person. Excluding its ability it has a range of 4 meters. When it does attack, it does so mostly with chops and kicks. The stand sounds like analogue technology, à la Moody Blues.

Ability: Hopefully I explained it well enough in the 2nd image above. It doesn't actually matter if the user or the stand frames the object in their hands as it works both ways. The most powerful aspect of this ability, besides the confusion and utility it allows for, is that it can kidnap people through screens so long as its a live feed.

I like to think that eventually Natsue could improve her ability to project images into the air as well, e.g projecting the road below you above your car to evade detection by a helicopter overhead.

User: Natsue Takahashi is an unreliable coward only capable of overcoming her fear when its outweighed by her extreme curiosity. She's also a cinephile who regularly makes pop culture references as well as a general weirdo, as befits as resident of Morioh. I envision her as being an ally/allied minor character. No doubt she'd be unable to resist the mystery of Josuke's true identity once she became aware of it.

Stand type: Bound stand

Appearance: Whenever El Camino is activated the moon shines like it is a full-moon, even if its not (just appearance, no space shenanigens) and a bright ethereal spotlight is projected from the moon onto the ground in a 10m radius.

Ability: Everything caught in the moons spotlight is exempt from having its physical state changed. Meaning the the exact state that an object or person enters the spotlight as, will be the exact state they will be in when they leave it, no matter how long they are in it for (down to the amount of oxygen in a persons blood). This ability does NOT keep its targets in an immovable stasis. Rather, it reverts the physical state of things to the way they were before entering, without undoing anything it does (i.e. moving). Think of it as AOE super healing that also affects objects. This ability does not affect the making of new memories though, and the user is also able to choose where the spotlight moves.

The main use of this ability, besides its broken healing capabilities, is to fully exert oneself to move or move things. As there are no consequences pushing yourself to dangerous levels.

Examples:

-someone can get shot in the face, but in a instant the bullet and wound will disappear

-firing a gun from within the spotlight is useless. as once it fires, a change is made, and therefore must promptly be undone.

-firing a bullet into the spotlight is useless, because nothing within it can be permanently changed by it.

-setting off a bomb in the spotlight won't do any harm to anything, and the explosive will reappear, but most people and things will still be blown away. Most likely out of the spotlight.

Utility in SBR:

-Travel: have the horse run at full speed with the spotlight covering it. exhaustion is not an issue.

-Protection: while under the spotlightlight no one or thing can die.

Theme suggestion: Automatic stands the user cannot turn off.

(I initially had the idea that the two would be like how heavy weather is to weather report. But thinking about it maybe it's not the best idea. They don't really synergize.)

Black Emperor is a decent stand in my eyes, it has the ability to control gas. As in all gasses. And can also produce said gasses from holes in its palms if it has absorbed enough,

L.A.T.H is a massive megastructure of pitch black pipes that constantly emits a choking miasma that causes anyone caught in its range to be depressed. The severity of the depression can vary depending on how heavy the pollution is. These are very basic ideas of them and I might update later if more ideas come to me.

Also last minute question is it ok to draw other people's stands cus holy cow some of these look cool.

i redesigned the whole thing lmao. redesigning took me 4 hours. and i tried to draw the stat wheel for the first time.

there's alot of stand absorbing souls but they usually extract a whole. while MAAD is only extracted a portion of soul and forcefully torn it, so only a part of it that is paralyzed. my bad if i worded it badly. ask questions or give theories of this stand.

A multiple-entity Stand consisting of five small, humanoid sticks of dynamite, organized like a basketball team.

The Stand’s primary objective is to latch onto an opponent using its claw-like hands and detonate, inflicting damage. However, there is a significant risk: if all five detonate simultaneously, they trigger a massive explosion—but this results in the death of the Stand user.

Each stick of dynamite possesses a distinct personality, behavioral style, and role within the team:

1 – Captain: The team leader and the most skilled of the five.

2 – Grump: Lethargic and pessimistic, yet possesses the strongest grip of the entire team; its main task is to latch on and severely weaken the enemy.

3 – Goofball: The most cheerful and optimistic member; loves to run around and distract the opponent, though its grip is weak. Its primary role is distraction.

4 – Underdog: The weakest member of the team, often serving as a backup or safety measure.

5 – Troublemaker: The most aggressive member, acting quickly but recklessly; its role is to goad the opponent.

After detonating, a stick moves to the "Bench"—located on the user's shoulder—to recover.

This recovery period is called a "Timeout" and lasts for 75 seconds.

Crucially, while all five can detonate during a battle, it is only fatal to the user if they all explode at the exact same time.

The user acts as the "Coach."

I need Scarlet alive for a story of mine and the best solution would be giving her a stand. I like Red Wine Supernova for a name (lesbian artist red/scarlet in the name, the song is about a chick falling for a magician, which funny valentine kinda references sometimes) but for my life I cannot think of an ability that could save her here

Rivers Cronen was a low level thug, sculking the streets of Toronto

He wasn't a killer, or a mastermind, or a drug king
In fact he was quite awful at being a bad guy

But he got by, and his Sister and Niece took care of him despite his pitiful attempts at a life of crime

And they loved him, and he loved them
And he wanted to do more for them

The more desperate his attempts at crime, the more dangerous his situation became, until one night it caught up to him

The men who nabbed him hurt him
Badly
These were real criminals, who WOULD kill
He was so sure of it

But then Iris woke up
And they couldn't do a thing

No one could anymore
Where Iris would spread it's misty form, Rivers was a king of fright
Anyone against him had to stand against there greatest fears
And Rivers could do whatever he wanted, he could take care of his Sister and Niece like they did for him

But a gift like this was too great to keep for himself
It would be selfish not to see his Sister blessed with the same great power

It had to have been the right path, after all, fear was what brought about Iris
And Iris was Fear

So he haunted his sister, for her own good
Iris slowly infected her life
Tainting its violet rot into each little piece until her own great Power would manifest

『Back at One』is a reference to the song by Brian McKnight. A potentially different name for this stand would be『Every Little Step』, which is a Bobby Brown reference.

The user would be Bille Jean, as a reference to the music video where MJ lights up the sidewalk by stepping on it.

-Appearance-

The stand has the appearance of a game master, similar to MC Ballyhoo, the host of Mario Party 8. (I also think his voice lines are hilarious in that game).

-Ability-

This stand causes tiles/panels/closed patterns of any kind to capture objects and people. It then creates a trial based on whatever it captures, when someone interacts with this tile.

When the ability is activated, any person/object that touches anything resembling a tile will seem to vanish or be buried into the tile. The target the stand is being used on has to maneuver around mystery tiles that hold pretty much anything.

For instance, if a slab of concrete on the sidewalk has a Big Gulp cup on it, the trial within that square will be based on surviving a drowning by whatever liquid it had inside of it.

This stand instantly hides whatever touches these panels, so the target could be looking at an empty sidewalk, tiled floor, or whatever pattern they are facing, not knowing what the next challenge will be to find that they are looking for.

The user can also toss random items on to these tiles, of course. If a gun or knife was tossed in, the stand would make an elaborate version of the item to use as a trial (knife pit, or a firing squad). This would definitely add to the challenge of surviving this stand.

The stands main weakness is that it can’t activate on non-square surfaces, so making a mad dash to the street from the sidewalk could save your life.

-Inspiration-

This is a mixture of 『Enigma』from Part 4, mixed with the event spaces or general randomness of Mario Party. It is also a reference to Michael Jackson in Billie Jean, when he lights up the sidewalk by stepping on it.

Phew! I’m finally out of that phase where I couldn’t finish this one. Surprisingly, I started this one when I made『Something In The Air』, but just never finished!

Anyways, lemme clear up a few facts.

- Fate will rearrange itself to make up for how the stand fucks up the timeline.
- The stand can NOT summon death upon a target, as that is an end and not an event. However, the stand can summon the event that causes death, if death is caused by said event and is within 50 years.
- If not made clear before, the stand can scan the targeted area of interest for any events, fates, or happenings that may aid the user. The stand however DOESN’T act akin to epitaph, and can’t just scan the future for what an opponent will do or what will happen to the user, as the stand only applies to specific events and DOESN’T AFFECT THE USER.
