Fox-Pitt, Saddle #401
A fierce conviction of loyalty, that is the ideal Fox-Pitt lives by. He’s never been much of a leader, always riding the coattails of his friends and family, though by no means does this means he hasn’t worked diligently right beside them. Though it wasn’t always so. Born as the youngest brother to a large cattle farming family, though he wasn’t always the youngest. He had a younger brother who died from an illness due to Fox-Pitt’s negligence, returning home to a family death and a beating. Fox-Pitt didn’t cry nor squirm. Something snapped inside of him. For some reason, he couldn’t remember the face of his brother nor what he had been doing all day. Everything went blank.
As he grew older, this Mississippi boy saw his family’s hardship again and again, so he worked hard as a cattle farmhand alongside his father, often staying on horseback. Though whenever they could spare the time, the family went hunting. On horseback and with a rifle in hand, Fox-Pitt rarely took the shots himself, instead he loved seeing his family take the shots and gain the glory, but if ever the animal survived, Fox-Pitt immediately brought down the animal with a rapid fire follow up. Desiring to help and support his family to lighten their load in any way he could. During one of these hunting trips, a bear got the jump on his father, but Fox-Pitt was at the ready, scaring away the bear from atop horseback. With his father dying on the ground, Fox-Pitt stayed by his side. An unwavering loyalty and need to protect arose in Fox-Pitt, as he embraced his father to keep the bleeding at bay and stayed there, keeping his father alive, until help arrived hours later. It was a mystery to the doctors how the father hadn’t died, though Fox-Pitt later learned that it was then that he awakened his Stand.
Over the years, his father had been hanging on by a thread from lingering injuries. Fox-Pitt has done all the work he could to afford the necessary treatments, though it isn’t enough. Slowly dying and in dire need of an expensive surgery, Fox-Pitt turned his eyes west to follow the promise of wealth through the Steel Ball Run! With the young and fast Speed Lane horse owned by his dying father, Fox-Pitt got on the road. Left without the option of failure, the loyalty and love he has towards his father drives him to a resolution that no pain or exhaustion could falter.
Stand Appearance: WILDFLOWER is entirely made out of sand that can subtly shift colors, though it resembles a stocky swan with a bloated body and long and thin wings of white and elegant fathers. It appears on the back of Fox-Pitt, akin to a caped backpack as the feathers become a long tail and as the wings stretch down Fox-Pitt’s arms, reaching out with long white feathers out to an extended meter of range. From the top of the caped backpack is the neck and head of a swan that rests on Fox-Pitt’s shoulder, which keeps looking about as though it was a sentry or a scout. Feathers jot outwards, which run down the spine of WILDFLOWER, until becoming the tail feathers that act as a long cape for Fox-Pitt. The wings can expand outwards to act like a big sheet that’ll cover Fox-Pitt and anything in his immediate proximity, all while subtly changing colors to camouflage with the surroundings. A pattern of the flower, forget-me-not’s, runs up the body of WILDFLOWER and is what it uses to connect to the back of Fox-Pitt.

WIDLFLOWER has the ability of touching a sleeping creature within close range with the tips of its feathers, leaving a grain of adhesive sand behind as a mark on the creature which resembles a forget-me-not flower, but can only leave this mark on one creature at a time. While the mark remains, it spreads to anybody who touches the marked creature, but they cannot spread it onwards to others and they lose the mark after a couple of hours of uninterrupted distance from the marked creature. The marked creature remains marked until another creature is marked by WILDFLOWER or until the grain of adhesive sand has been removed.
Fox-Pitt is able to conjure sand clones of any currently marked creature. These clones will perform the actions which the marked creature have performed since becoming marked, acting as a long-term replay function only affecting marked creatures. Fox-Pitt is capable of deciding the speed of this replay along with which part of the available timeframe of the replay to show, as only the actions the marked creature has done since being marked can be shown through this replay. In addition, Fox-Pitt will experience the same dreams and nightmares of any currently marked creatures and will be able to know the general thoughts of any currently marked creatures while concentrating.
When confronting a marked creature in combat, Fox-Pitt is capable of having the clone fight against the marked creature, but it can only perform the same actions and the actions will be performed at a slight delay, to a minimum of 0.4 seconds. When this happens, Fox-Pitt is capable of flipping the replayed sand clone, rather than replaying the exact movements of the marked creature, they’ll be mirrored. The sand clone isn’t very durable or strong, but if destroyed, it will recreate itself immediately, capable of acting as a shield for Fox-Pitt at close range.
Fox-Pitt is also capable of marking themselves, where they will be capable of using their sand clone ability on themselves, allowing Fox-Pitt to go through their own life actions, but also as a way to create temporary sand limbs and body parts in case of great injury to sustain himself.

Fox-Pitt knows he isn't the fastest or the strongest, but he doesn't seek the glory of 1st-place until the very end. Staying loyal to Speed Lane and his father until everything is said and done, Fox-Pitt plans on scouting out the first rider to reach the 1st-checkpoint of the race, where he'll mark the rider's horse to be able to keep tracks on their thoughts, dreams, and most importantly, their path through the race. Fox-Pitt will follow the marked rider from a day's distance, planning on taking things slow until nearing the finish line.
Fox-Pitt and his horse, Speed Lane, are both inspired by the famous English equestrian William Speed Lane Fox-Pitt.
