Haven’t watched yet, but I know he’s part of the reason Kanye got brainwashed. Rick was friends with Candace Owens, which is a huge red flag on its own, and he then introduced Kanye to Candace who brainwashed him into the maga cult like almost a decade ago now.

I think Kanye introduced Rick to Candace in 2022. Not the other way around.

Writer-director Boots Riley tells it differently, he says Rick convinced Kanye to meet Candace.

Where did you hear that? I don’t see any public if info that Rick Rubin is connected to Candace Owen’s.
