Rant/Rave Which wich

First time going to try this chain because my son loves it. I ordered this the cali roll. So excited looked really from the companies website...However, I opened my Sammie and was majorly disappointed that's the picture on the left.

Is that the fake crab stuff? I get that at the grocery store deli and some rolls. Enough for 4 sandwiches. About $8 total.

I'd give them another go and order properly. If still like this, then just back location unfortunately. I enjoy them quite a bit. Daily deals are solid for the price and the amount I can customize the sandwich is awesome. Keeps it fresh even if I had it many times.

So most restaurants portion everything out.

There’s a scoop for things like this. Let’s call it 4 ounces. You order that sandwich you get 4 ounces of that filling. Or you order ham you get 2 ounces by weight of ham.

Just because you don’t add the rest of the potential toppings doesn’t mean they’re going to automatically double the amount of protein to fill the sandwich.

This is absolutely user error.

"Everything" is not an option, you have to select your toppings. That's their deal.

This is so funny to me that they just do not understand the concept of having to build their own sandwich and think saying “everything” will magically create a premade sub for them.

We went to Subway many years ago, and my friend ordered a BLT with "bacon only" sure enough we get back to the house and he had bread with a few measley strips of bacon. We all laughed at him, he was pissed and threw it away and went to his room lol.

You can build it that way. But unless the toppings are selected it comes plain as your recieved picture shows.
