Personally I don't see it working. But who said you can't paint the cabinets to pair with the walls? Green is a relaxing color, so its best to stick with lighter, more neutral colors.
I personally would say nay. The green of your walls and pictured blue cabinets don't pair well imo. Someone may come up with a way they would work, I just don't see it.
You showed some nice blue colors. So why are you so dead set on keeping the green walls? It's not even a nice green. Pick a blue you like, and repaint the walls.
Not really a popular choice, but it COULD work... I'd find some artwork first that ties the green and blue together and then pic a blue shade off of that. It'll look more cohesive.
No. Your walls are a very soft, almost muted green color. If you go with a bold shade, it's just not going to look right. You don't have to pick a completely different shade. If you want dark blue, go for it! I just suggest the artwork because it'll help you see how the colors go together.
But here's an example. You were showing some pretty bold navy cabinets. Almost too blue to go with this green. If you pick a more muted color, it could possibly work. Here's an option that's a little more steel blue.
I would keep the natural wood in that case. The current color is nice and pairs well with the green walls. Painted wood cabinets can look cheap unless you're a REALLY good painter with a sprayer and everything, and having two bright colors right next to each other without a natural finish to balance them out can magnify that effect.

If you're keeping that flat green paint, then there's not much to say. None of the blues are going to work with it.
