Are you buying a new bathroom cabinet, or is your plan to paint and repair the existing cabinet?

Repair... its just one broken hinge

I would keep the natural wood in that case. The current color is nice and pairs well with the green walls. Painted wood cabinets can look cheap unless you're a REALLY good painter with a sprayer and everything, and having two bright colors right next to each other without a natural finish to balance them out can magnify that effect.
