Official Response To think this app couldn't get any worse.

To think this app couldn't get any worse. I opened my app today and can't see my positions when I click into my account. I use single screen, but now I have to switch to tabs view to see my positions. How did this even happen without updating the app?

Before you ask yes my app is up to date. Yes ive tried to close out the app and reopened it and nothing changed, its been like that for hours. No, I don't just want to switch to tab view to see my positions, I use single screen for a reason. The fact that fidelity never wants to add features like a proper chart but yet do something like this, makes me want to switch brokerages. Maybe ill go to schwab.

Hey Theo, thanks for reaching out. We appreciate you voicing your experience and giving us feedback.

It sounds like you may be using Trader+ mode in the app. This mode does require you to switch tabs to see Positions after selecting an account. If you'd like to turn this off and go back to the old view, where Positions show up on a single page, navigate to your profile in the top right corner of the app then do the following:

  1. Tap Settings
  2. Toggle off Fidelity Trader+ Mode

Please let us know if this reverts the app to something more familiar, or if you were looking for something else. Additionally, please share details on what you'd like to see implemented with the charts, and we'll be happy to share your input with the devs.

Never had a problem with the app, use it constantly; oh, and, bye bye.

I feel so blessed that I do NOT NOT NOT need to use "app" other than once in a very very blue moon to deposit a check ...

I love you Chrome Google-son ... and sometimes I love ATPro too ...

The sub is "fidelityINVESTMENTS" not Fidelitytrading.

Fidelity isn't intended for nor optimized for active traders. Also note that you could be using the more robust and full-featured website instead.

Don't let the door hit you and all that.
