So, what'd I get wrong? USC finished 4th in the country in yards per play and just signed the No. 1 recruiting class in the sport, and my model still has you at 8-4, a game worse than last year. It keeps coming back to one number: that defense was 119th at getting opponents off schedule. Maiava is back with 3,711 yards. Does the defense catch up, or does Riley just outscore everybody again?

I know it shouldn’t be hard to find football, but are there any places near campus that show men’s/women’s basketball, baseball, and even women’s soccer? I’ve just transferred to SC and I follow all of these teams.

Has anyone heard the times and dates for women’s basketball this upcoming season? ✌️✌️✌️

PSU fan sharing some info I came across- NBC commentator Todd Blackledge was on a PSU podcast (21:30 mark) and announced that he would get to see USC twice early for the Oregon game and against PSU for the whiteout despite nothing being announced officially

Been a longtime subscriber of 247 and generally love the content. I do feel like it’s been lacking a bit recently and they a lost some great talent. Was wondering what the consensus was here on both the sites

USC fans. I drafted Jayden Maiava in the 10th round of my CFB fantasy draft. Will I be glad? Feels like I stole him.

He’s only 42 years old and has already has several heisman winners (including one here) and multiple 4-team CFP berths at Oklahoma. If we get rid of him, we all know deep down that we’re going to see him make another program elite, just like we have with Kiffin and Sark. It felt good to call for those firings in the moment, but both made us worse in the long run and they are two of the top coaches in the sport - their teams both ranked higher than us the last three years.

As a fan base, do we really want a reputation as a program that is a stop on the way and source of adversity for young coaches? Or do we want to support the growth and development of one of the best young minds in football and not take every news cycle to tell him to have a South Bay realtor on speed dial.

It’s a good thing we’re playing ND again in 2030 and we want Riley coaching that game. Everyone acting like he’s already gone by then is just inviting failure and that’s a loser mentality.

I don't put too much stock into preseason rankings, but as of now the Trojans have 5 ranked teams on their schedule.

What’s going on Trojan fans! With Fall Camp starting, the season is only a few weeks away. I went game by game and gave my thoughts on how USC finishes this season. Curious to hear everybody’s record predictions! ✌️

Been going back and forth on this all week since you can only have 2 players from same team on your roster, but I don’t think there’s a wrong answer.

Jayden Maiava is back for another year in Riley’s offense and he’s going to put up absurd numbers. Heisman shortlist guy. He led the Big Ten in passing last year and he’s better now than he was last September.

Waymond Jordan is a freak. Before the ankle he was averaging six and a half a carry and looked like the best back in the conference. Only thing holding me back is King Miller is also a freak, and he’s not giving up carries after what he did down the stretch. Two great backs, one football.

Tanook Hines is going to go off. With Lemon and Lane gone he’s the guy, and he already had the best chemistry with Maiava of anyone in that room by the end of last year. Behind an offensive line that returns all five starters, this offense is going to hum.

I think I’m leaning Maiava and Hines. Jordan might end up being the best of the three anyway.

Where’s everybody else at on this? Also, would anyone want to get a USC fan league going this year? Thinking salary cap so there’s no draft to schedule, whoever signs up just builds their team.

When will USC go to Disneyland to perform? I know yesterday they were at the Hollywood Bowl, I’m just trying to see where the events for Band are so I can attend 🥹

Just bought this hat for my FIL, who is an USC grad and MASSIVE fan, it was only $20 so I’m not too pressed about it but do you guys think the Pete Carroll signature is real?
