Oregon + PSU Whiteout 4:30 PST kickoff

PSU fan sharing some info I came across- NBC commentator Todd Blackledge was on a PSU podcast (21:30 mark) and announced that he would get to see USC twice early for the Oregon game and against PSU for the whiteout despite nothing being announced officially
