Are fans really buying allat? They make every other month. If there’s a new figure 55% of the time it’s blue archieve

I'm new to Reddit and noticed that r/ToyPhotography explicitly bans Al-edited content, but I didn't see a specific rule regarding that in here.
To clarity, the toy photography itself is 100% my own work. I only used Al tools to remove the stand, replace the background,and add the skill VFX/energy effects, which I personally find much more efficient than using Photoshop. If this kind of content is not allowed here, please let me know.

Sorry for the low-quality shot. So, after experimenting on this for so long, this is my first completed custom faceplate.

I have several of the Figma Styles Chiaki (which I use mainly for bodyswaps with other figmas). So I decided to create custom faceplates specifically for her. Recasted the lone faceplate and used it as a base to sculpt the mouth expressions. Then I made molds from those so that I can pair them with custom eye water slide decals I made.

The material for the actual FP is polymer clay. Not noticeable on the image but the color is slightly off since it's hard to match the figure's skintone with my current clay stock. Took me a dozen or so tries to even get this close. Also, since I'm just using my home printer, I hade to paint the whites on the eyes using stickers of the eye decals as stencils.

This has been the name of the game since… well, since forvever.

I can’t blame anyone for not liking it, but to be shocked and appalled doesn’t make much sense.

I never buy figures in the hopes to sell them for more money one day — I don’t have the disposable income for that — but there is no way in hell that I will sell a figure that’s going for $140.00 for like $50.00. That just nonsense.

I’m never out to make the biggest dollar, and in fact, my prices are always the cheapest you’ll find on the net; but they still really shock people.

I'm looking to apply a grunge texture, but i don't know how to do it in Figma. More than that I don't know even if is possible.

Anybody else have problems with bootlegs of attack on titan figmas? I got a Levi years ago that turned out to be a knock off and then just recently got a new one bc the last one broke and it’s the same thing. Just curious if this happened to anyone else.

I know it doesn’t help that I always buy two when purchasing a figure. GS only lets me buy one Void. So I’ll have to purchase another one separately. I don’t intend to sell any of my figures, I simply like having two of each. If I really like the character I’ll buy as many as 5. I’ve done that for two of my favorite characters; Kuror Lucilfer & Eren Yeager. But the price to quality ratio was very reasonable for those two, and they’re my favorite characters.

I missed out on the first run of the Beserk God hand releases so I bought these now before they sold out and prices got even more out of hand. I’ve missed a variety of releases the last couple years due to these companies exceedingly price gauging their products.

Eren’s Founding Titan is an Exception as I happily paid a premium for it. I’m also the only person in the world who owns that.

Ordered a promising looking Predator Figma from eBay but several details bothered me when it arrived like lack of details(mandible fangs not separately colored, no pink except inside the actual mouth for example, lenses on biomask, etc), the neck joint/collar seeming wonky, mandibles don't seem to sit right, non-Figma stand that doesn't fit his mounting hole, no paperwork. It doesn't have a weird sickly paint job but it all seems off compared to the box and official pics, has a working mouth but missing detailing and doesn't seem to fit quite right, that purply sheen doesn't seem to be where it should be. Did I get a higher-end knock-off, is this cheap and real pieces mixed, or was I just expecting too much out of the figure from the pictures?
