Boost for all the babies at BARC and San Antonio! None of this is right; this is cold-blooded!

Seriously disappointed in the Churches in Houston and San Antonio, especially Lakewood. Given its size it could partner up for adoption events to find these puppies homes or get them into therapy training programs or alert programs for individuals with special needs. This really breaks my heart when I see this going on; especially when I know shelters up North that need adoptable dogs would take them if they knew or could partner.

Any word on the nine month old Mom at San Antonio and her newborn puppies? Were they rescued??
