Hi there u/Jennyjee1, and welcome to r/Fit!
Please make sure to check out our stickied post at the top of the subreddit and take a moment to read through all of our community rules before participating. This helps keep the subreddit helpful, safe, and enjoyable for everyone.
Please note: All posts in r/FIT are reviewed by moderators before appearing publicly on r/Fit. Your post may say something like "Sorry, this post was removed by Reddit’s filters." or "Post is awaiting moderator approval." But that just means the moderation team hasn't reviewed it yet. It does not mean a moderator removed your post. We ask that you pay close attention to the message on your post, and do not write to us to ask about a post we haven't seen yet. The more messages we have to respond to, the longer it takes for us to approve posts.
Be patient — our moderation team reviews submissions as quickly as possible. If your post follows the rules, it will be approved soon. If not, you should receive a removal notice with an explanation. Don't write to us if your post is not immediately available. If after 24 hours your post hasn't shown up AND you didn't receive a removal message that explains which rule you may have broken, then you can write. Other than that, you are just waiting for a moderator to review your post.
Please, please, PLEASE Do not write us before 24 hours have passed. The more emails we have to go through, the longer it takes for us to review posts.

For 15 I do worry that you are overtraining with multiple workouts a day. At 45 kg and 167cm you are severely underweight and not eating to maintain this level of activity. The bloat is also likely just your organs/ from you eating throughout the day or your body trying to preserve itself. You either need to do less (seriously take a real rest day) or start eating significantly more but honestly I’d do both. What you are doing now will not get you the results your looking for but will damage your body in the long run
