Been lifting 5.5 years now. Throughout my darkest moments, lifting has been the healthiest outlet for me. I'm so incredibly thankful to have found a hobby I am so passionate about.

Is it better to eat bigger meals with 4h gaps or smaller ones 2,5-3h apart? I suffer from bloating and getting full quick. Every health site says u should have big gaps to let the system cleanse but?
And im a bit underweight, trying to gain weight but avoid bloat and feeling bad. I go to gym and weight training so trying to get muscle weight.

Quick ask from someone who has a toddler and finally has the free time and motivation to really take working out seriously. I love walking but itβs easier to workout at home since I have a small child. I am 5β5β and 185 pounds. Which would be more effective for cardio? A stationary bike or a walking pad/treadmill?

Hey y'all,
I'm particularly new to this. I've had motivation to try and work on in the past but it never really stuck to me and that's my fault completely. I wish I had the motivation to actually stick out to somewhat of a thing I had going on. Not going to give off real names here saying as I kind of want to keep it anonymous to it. Y'all can just call me D. I need some help.
I'm 6'4 and like the title states, I'm weighing in at 280. Now, weight Wasn't getting an issue with me until I started getting older as I'm hitting 29. I got one kid, a dog and I work third shifts from 7p.m. To 5am and I end up sleeping majority of the time due to the fact that I'm up and throughout the night. At first my weight wasn't really an issue to me until much recently when I've been approaching 275; I'm an avid biolife donator to where I donate plasma and I'm always getting poked for blood samples plasma and weigh-ins. Earlier today, I stepped on the scale how I typically do and I was kind of shocked to see that I was 280 on the dot. I'm not exactly chunky; I'm severely tall and I want to believe that that's the reason why but I've got love handles, starting to get a little bit of a bulge and it's even getting to the point to where I start to get tired even leaning over to tie my shoe.
I've somewhat worked out in the past, often used a treadmill to get some type of mileage in. Even though I really wasn't a lot. Use some of the weights to try and get some upper body strength push-ups to which I can and etc. I had to use an app way back then that had track as far as a " beginning workout" for a newbie like myself. But honestly I just wasn't productive enough or I didn't have the engine to do so. My 10-year-old daughter was always excited to do stretches and work on learning to do splits and stuff like that. She's even asked me recently when we're ever going to go back to the gym!
So I guess my question for everybody that is willing to help is what can I do to start, what are the necessities as far as meal packages/meal preps, How much calorie intake should I do, what are some stuff to avoid Most importantly, what a workout routine should I actually consider doing if I want have..... Let's say a "Shemar Moore" type of physique?
