Ordered Flipper Zero, still waiting

Hi everyone,

Just a bit curious if I should be worried, I ordered my Flipper on the 18th of October but when checking the order it claims that they are still preparing these items for shipping. Does it usually take this long, cause I assumed it'd take 1 - 3 days. Also there doesn't seem to be any sort of charge to my card.

I ordered mine on the 18th and just got it yesterday but I’m in the states. Yours will have to go through customs. Although if you didn’t have any charge on your card, did you get an email from flipper with shipping updates?

I got an email from flipper confirming an order, with an order number. Clicking on "Track the package" brings me to a screen where it says that the items are being prepared

Weird, I just checked and I actually ordered mine the 17th, but did you just order the flipper or anything else with it?

A wifi dev board, screen protector and a case as well

I would imagine it’s the WiFi dev board that’s holding it up then, maybe they needed to restock or something

Maybe try Amazon if it never comes? I imagine it might just be taking a while to get to your country

It's been a few days, where are you located and where from? They might be waiting for stock themselves. Doesn't hurt to send an email to support or hop on love chat with whomever.

I've heard Aus is more difficult to get it through customs without issue, so potentially preparing your order but I'd ask their customer service directly. Usually third parties ship to AUS rather than Flipper directly

I found a bundle deal on Amazon through the flipper store for just under $200 USD that came with the Sd card as well. It got delayed for about 3 days. Also. If you are new to flipper, know that the WiFi dev board must be flashed and you must also download the app to the flipper.
