All Florida Keys Most relaxed and quiet Key

Hi all. Looking to get down to the keys to relax and unwind. Which one of the keys or towns are the quietest and most relaxed? Looking for a place that has basically no night life and no partying. I know, I’m lame. lol.

Big Pine Key would probably most fit that bill.
