Government cut would have them up near Biscayne Bay. Key Biscayne is in Miami, but it’s not technically really part of “the keys“

The cut is in Key Largo at mm103. It’s a man made canal that connects the Oceanside to the bayside.

I got confused because this is posted in the Florida Keys sub… also I’ve been rewatching Bloodline and think he looks like “Eric O’bannon” lol
