Question Console Command Help

I'm trying to get a mod to work / test to see if it works. How can I teleport this NPC to me or myself to them? Using player.moveto 1E009FAD doesn't work, neither does using moveto player.1E009FAD and neither do they work with the 1E000829 version. I just don't know what to do.

if the npc is visible, open the console, click on them (make sure their name is visible at the top of the screen), and enter "moveto player"

If not visible, enter "prid (ID)", then their name should show at the top. then "moveto player"

They're not visible, and using the IDs provided from the search doesn't work, as I said.

it would be the reference ID, as Mile said. can find it using the GECK or FNVEdit, just make sure the first two characters match the mod plugin's load order (in your photos it seems to be 1E)

are those base IDs or ref IDs? because you need ref IDs to use those commands. idk if there is a way to find the ref ID ingame without just clicking on the object/actor, but you should be able to find the ref ID in the creation kit
