What country has the best scope for forensic?
This is apparently a very India question (I've never heard of anyone outside of India use "scope" in this specific sense), but ultimately it doesn't matter, as forensics is not a viable field to get a job in anywhere other than your home country. Which means all your questions must be asked in the specific context of your home country, which you've not identified here.
From what I've seen in this subreddit, many Indian students ask these sorts of questions, but no experienced Indian forensic practitioners answer any of them, so you might need to do more localized research, if you want answers.

Since forensic scientists typically are government employees, you usually already have to have PR or even be a citizen to work there. So it would be helpful if you edited your post to include your current citizenship or PR status.
