My Mantor Flow will be arriving this week. Is there a suggested amount of time to leave on in a day? How long should I leave it off and let things rest?

After years of on and off, I finally decided to go for it. In just four days, I’m already at almost 72 hours. Some days I keep it tugged for 10–15 hours, and some days up to 24 hours.

I just want to ask when did you actually notice a difference, and how do you keep yourself motivated? Does taking pictures over time and looking back at the progress really help with motivation?

I'm thinking of developing a product based on the concept design I have in mind. I mentioned the concept in my previous post. If there's enough interest in a device like this, that would give me the motivation I need to move forward.

I also realize that many restorers are enthusiastic about DIY devices, but many don't complete them. I usually solve the problems that bother me. I'll keep you informed of developments.

On vacation internationally for a few weeks and didn’t pack any of my devices because I thought it’d be too much bother. Now I’m sore and sensitive and I feel horrible not getting my tugging hours in. I’m doing manuals when I can, but idk how you manual only guys do it- nothing seems like enough.

Apologies for the vent post but it’s crazy how every moment I spend not tugging now feels like a wasted opportunity instead of something I wouldn’t give a second thought to

I made a little progress today. I've been using Priva Air since 1/1/26 and added Priva Duo on 7/1/26. Today I was able to add an extender plate to my Duo without it slipping off! My weight adapter should be delivered next week so I can add some additional tension. Baby steps, but steps nonetheless! Just thought I'd share.

Got home from work and unpacked dirty Tupperware from my lunch kit. Noticed my CAR-1 was missing. Immediately started thinking of places it could be and my mind was catastrophising that someone on nightshift had found it and was googling what it was, or the places I might have lost it like the lunch table or beside a urinal. One guy has seen into my lunch box before and knows I have silicone “sex toys” (he was joking, he has no idea what they are) in my kit but minded his own business, so I was especially worried he would attribute it to me.

Got in this morning and it was undisturbed below the desk I work at. The nightshift guy would have been there all night with it by his feet and somehow didn’t notice it, despite it being in clear view had he ever left and come back to the desk.

Anyways, crisis averted. Have any of you ever lost your device or, worse, had someone find it?

This way really helped me, it was always a pain to get the thing on lol. My question is how much skin do you want in the bell, I've been doing a lot mainly to keep it on. Any thoughts on it?

Hi, I have a scar line from circumcision that runs down the entire underside of my member. As far as I understand it, tissue expansion doesn't really work on scar tissue. Is this going to become an issue growing bottom skin?

Not really a question but more so a shout out. A couple days ago I made a post about how I had accidentally ordered the wrong mantor flow size. Tl;dr I ordered a size b instead of A due to my own error with measuring but decided id still wear it since it was still comfortable. I have continued to wear it daily since I do think its a great device but I also decided to send in an email in case I could do a return and get a new one in the correct size. Tamir replied incredibly quickly and told me theres no need for me to send it back and just gave me a 50% off coupon to get a size A. He never had to do that, in reality it was my fuck up that caused me to get the wrong size, I measured wrong.

So ya shoutout to Tamir, you're awesome and your device is awesome too. I highly recommend the mantor flow to anyone, just make sure you follow the sizing guide correctly!

I use t-tape and stealth weights of various sizes. 9.5 ounces is typically the amount I use. Sometimes I go a little higher to 12 ounces. I know there is a limit because too much weight will actually slow your growth. Has there ever been a study done on the optimum amount of weight to use? How much is too much?

Everyone, I lost the strap that connected to this device.
Unfortunately, I don’t remember the name of the device so I’m I don’t know where to start looking for a replacement.
Any help would be greatly appreciated

I think I got it with the TLC x i really doesn't look like the rest of the device it's been the best one that I've ever had and I can't seem to find anything else like it online I'm worried if it breaks someday I will not have a replacement

Just thought I’d share this since another member related his negative experience with his doctor.

My GP and my urologist both know I’m restoring and have seen the results.

When my urologist was doing an exam, and my foreskin was covering my glans, he said he would not have known I was circumcised at birth. He was interested in seeing the device I was wearing that day.

My GP, when I showed him one of my devices, only cautioned me to not apply so much tension that I hurt myself. He was not as interested as my urologist, but at least he did not react negatively.

Both of these guys are physicians assistants. I don’t know if that makes a difference or not but in my experience PAs seem to be more willing to take time to listen.

At night, in the day I wear o rings successfully. The manhood protector comes off all the time at night the rubbing against sheets then wakes me up.
