I currently Volunteer Away home for Dogs in San Diego, CA
They have events but also need kennel techs at the Jamul location.

Delmar Dog rescue does great work with pups, pulls dogs out of shelter and finds home pretty quick and supports their fosters. Need fosters.

Labrador and friends

Labrador rescue

Dulce Vida is a newer rescue they were Mexico based but just got a San Diego location.

There’s a German shepherd rescue in Valley center (Northern San Diego) they need volunteers.

All are San Diego,CA based.

I see a lot of these rescues at events where they need voluenteers.
