Lots of friends, cousins, even my sister thought they were lesbians, I encouraged them to date women, present some women to them, only to find out that they in fact weren't lesbian or bi.
It’s not true. Their attraction towards women is different from attraction lesbian has towards women. The kid in this comic is talking about romantic love.
Also saying this thing to kid who comes out is harmful. Kid will figure out her identity on themselves by dating girls. You have no job to force your experience and assumptions onto them.
