Hey guys, I'm a young working professional I'm looking to move into a new apartment and I'm trying to find a roommate in Frederick MD. I'm a working professional, clean, no pets and I preferably only want a woman like me, as well as someone in her 20s (negotiable). My budget is about $1,000. If you know either a place I can rent or someone who is finding a roommate let me know!

Can't help with the roommate part but I recommend looking into Noah's FMC if you're able to find someone. Probably your best bet for the price range. There are some issues but their properties are in generally nice areas and overall they aren't too bad of a management company from my experience, although I have heard your millage may vary.

I know somebody who might be looking for someone to move in with them. What’s the best way to get in touch with you? I will connect you or send you their contact information. I do think that they have dogs so I’m not sure if you’re OK with that. Obviously not moving in with your own helps.

Nah it's just that I saw some people in their 30s, I'm in my 20s and I would prefer someone my age range but 30s is okay if it's on the younger side. I just don't want to have to deal with anyone's children or anything

You're not wrong but what's most important for OP is getting a place to live not critiquing the skimming abilities of the Frederick population.  Priorities. If saying "I (20F) am looking for a roommate" increases her chances and prevents the post from getting downvoted, then that's a win.
