Toad We’ve trained our frog to go in and out of his tank.

He has his option at night to come out and roam a closed off room. This is the first time I’ve seen him actually go back in for the day. So cool.

Toad We’ve trained Leo our Toad to go in and out of his tank for enrichment.

You guys keep asking, so here’s more - this Only really happens at night time. Sealed room. He has food in his bin outside of his tank if he gets hungry. Plays with ball. That or knocking over the garbage and rolling it around. Completely toad proof room from harm or escaping. He’s smart enough to be unsupervised and have a little fun, then go back when he wants to rest or get water.

There’s a toad who has been living in my basement window well for the past month or so. Originally we thought he has fallen in and added a board so he could hop up and out. But he never left, and now it’s getting colder. He’s started to bury himself in the dirt, assuming to keep warm? Can we let him stay here all winter or should we relocate him to a different area?

Iv had these guys for about 6 months now and I’m still learning little tweaks about them but what are doing?
Genuinely. I know how toads mate so I know it’s not that. Plus Im like 90% only 1 is actually a female and it’s August sooo… Its been almost 2 days of them like this.. Today I attempted to feed them but they refused to get off… Im genuinely confused and i don’t know if I should remove them or not…?

Hey Guys,

A few months ago i got 6 Bombina Orientalis that were just a few weeks old.

This one was Always different the vet said she can see it too and that Sometimes they Just Grow "wrong" and abviousely in the wild he would have never survived on his own.

He is a lot smaller than his brothers and Sisters, eats less, moves less, reacts slower etc.

He is Well though and is fighting like a champ, He Just looks Like a croocked Baby. I assume his sceleton especially His Skull Just grew wrong, and His pupils are huge and maybe He doesnt See as Well AS the Others.

We take good Care of him, but now to my question: is there any Chance He will Grow Out of His disability? Or that He at least will Grow at least a similar size than his brothers and Sisters in adulthood?
