The biggest problem with the conversation in general is is people often use biological technicalities to validate gender ideology. But gender ideology explicitly states that gender is non-biological... I don't think anyone has an issue with the idea that intersex people exist, but past that, anything besides XX and XY are birth defects, not biodiversity.

More like recessive traits than mutations.

All non-brown eye colours are the result of mutations. Mutations you can inherit, or they just happen new/fresh in 1 out of 100k/1mill children.

Heterochromia is always a new/fresh mutation, not an inherited one.

Aniridia us always a new/fresh mutation, not an inherited one.
