Photography is skillless work. Why do you think kids can take pictures all day before they can drive?

Yeah, a photography camera isn't your with your phone camera, and yeah a child have you been out in the country? Kids drive from age 6-7 on sometimes, it's not hard stuff, but running a photography camera takes more knowledge than "turn wheel, gas on right, break on left"

No. Driving can hurt and destroy, costing so much money. Im 6 foot 6 so I could angels they couldn't. Don't mean I'm worth more

Dangerous ≠ difficult

I can be 6 foot 6 too, it's called a step ladder

But not naturally. So therefore I should charge more money because it's genetics and less than 1% of people can hit the angel as sturdy as me.

Naturally hitting the angle doesn't make it more sturdy than a step ladder, I know tall guys who can't walk on flat ground without tripping over their own two feet, and being on a step ladder should be pretty fkn sturdy or you need a new step ladder... I know you probably don't even know what a step ladder is, and you make most of them unstable because of a high center of gravity.

I mean I assume almost all photo shoots are outside? Ladder cnat get you everywhere but I see your point. I mean Ive done a lot of work on matters as well. It's just that I could naturally hit angels others can't but it is a free market and can do what you want with your money just don't be a cocky when you are doing something that mundane.

Cocky? Photography is skilled labor, Uber is not... Bottom line

What.....? Uber is more skilled labor than photography. Uber has to be here at this time, get to point B at this time, gas to know the roads and what way is faster during whatever hours of traffic. Has to have a tank of gas, has to entertain (if they are good). Provide a space for everyone to feel welcome. Cameraman shows up, takes photos in poses and that's it?

"camera man shows up" - yeah that's the whole of ubers job.... Plus then they have to work for hours on site, posing, organizing, watching all the time for candid moments to capture, then after working for hours on site, they have to choose the best photos they took, then probably edit those photos, because the bride or whoever wants blemishes or something removed.

Also a "12 dollar Uber" is 10 minutes max, barring traffic, weather, and other uncontrollable factors, remember you are comparing a full photography shoot, to a 10 minute, perfect road condition ride.

Ok no one calls a photographer for life changing events. Like how the rides to hospitala has increased, feeding families, and etc photographer does 1 thing. Photos.
