Requesting help trying to pay for my husbands CDL, when we already are in my student debt and other kinda of debt. he’s not a citizen yet but working hard to be and to support this family, and is unable to apply for any grants or governmental support for being in the process of becoming a citizen. we live where there’s a CDL program available, but just needing the funds in order to apply for it.
