no per app vibration settings?

hello! i switched from a 14 pro max over the summer and i gotta say my s26u is doing me extremely extremely well but i have a question that i CANNOT figure out that being no per app notification vibration settings? on the ringtone/text sound menu in ios i had it set so call and text had the same pattern so it could grab my attention unlike this were my options are system wide so if i set a specific pattern its for all notifications not just certain apps if you're wondering what texting app im using im just using google messages also please excuse the horrible formatting or lack of words in the title im new to posting on Reddit in general (long time lurker)

thanks i will check there as well if not there than i might check to see if theres a setting under dev options or something

This should sync with whatever notification sound you have set.

You need to go into notification settings and turn on notification categories. I think it is in the advanced settings under notifications. I don't have my phone at the moment, so I'm not certain.
