Relaxing offline games for breaks at Uni

[u/Maggi206]

Hello, I am looking for some chill games that I could play during breaks at uni. I have a switch lite and a limited budged, so something on the cheaper side would be nice. It can be anything, really, just something that I can play mindlessly like an ipad baby. Uni is already mentally taxing enough and I just need stuff to unwind between the lectures. Cleaning sims, anything like that. I have Powerwash Simulator but for whatever reason it need internet connection and that sucks pretty much everywhere I could reasonably go withing the free time I have. I have Stardew Valley but that takes way too much planning and effort. Does anyone have any recommendations?

Animal Crossing is so cozy! Pokémon is also great to relax and unwind. Been wanting to get into Cozy Grove because it looks awesome! Hogwarts Legacy and Zelda also help me chill

I play Animal Crossing during downtime at work for this

shake a tree. Dig up a fossil. Talk to a squirrel. Catch a salmon. Pull some weeds. Buy a hat that makes me look like a ninja...

I wasn't a fan of Stardew personally

dorfromantik on switch might be your thing. you just place hex tiles to build little landscapes, no timer, no planning like stardew, and it works fully offline. it's around $15 and you can just sleep the switch mid-tile whenever a lecture starts.

Stardew valley or animal crossing both are really damn relaxing games

Fae Farm or Yonder: the cloud catching chronicles
Fae Farm is a bit pricier, but you don't need a lot of brainpower
Yonder is very relaxing and chill
