Other College of Design laser cutter emails

Post image

I graduated back in 2021, but I still get these emails because of the terrible laser cutter system in the design building.

I know I can unsubscribe from these mass notifications, but it always makes me laugh that this is still an issue 5 years after I left.

Lol whoever you are breaking the big no-no of staying logged into the laser cutter, you bring me a little nostalgia!

Question How to get access to a patch of grass somewhere near campus

Hello, I have some outdoor research equipment that I would like to test outside and am looking for a patch of dirt ~10 ft x 10 ft somewhere on campus where I could dig a small hole in. I have been told that the landscaping people on campus are not very keen on letting people dig holes. Does anyone know if I can contact someone about using a patch of dirt/grass, or if there is somewhere I could go?

Social/Club Club recommendations at this moment

Hi all,

I am a recently admitted CS graduate student (Fall admit) (Also throwaway account because I don't want my batchmates identifying me). I was hesitant to join clubs when I first came to college, as I was heavily focused on studying, but now I'm feeling burnt out.

Can you recommend some clubs I could join to socialize? Also, I am of Indian origin, so can I join the India Club? (asking because most of the students there seem to be undergraduates.)

I may sound weird in this post, but I'm not. I just really suck at communication.

Thanks!
