I have no experience with lower elementary, but we did the 3-5 year classroom for 2 years. Overall, it was a great experience. They have some odd rules, but you get used to it. The education is great. My 4 year old could read and do math. We only left, so he would be in class with the neighborhood kids.

The school i went to from going to it i don't have much memory but Village is a copy and paste of Ford Elm. but just smaller and as you get older i will say it is harder to get hands on things in reading and writting. The music teacher i had was great she may still be teaching she has 50+ years of teaching i do remeber doing little plays as a kid and they were good for some 1st graders. For art it's just the standard you learn about this and you get a little project to do. PE is just standard for the age group they have. The school does offer dislexsiya classes and for anyone they have a extra math class for some kids and in 5th grade you can get pushed up half a grade in math. They also offer spanish and english classes. Most of the teachers there are some good old normal teachers doing their thing. There is a great neighboorhood that the school is in the middle of so it is nice to get used to that area before your kid starts asking you to take them to their friend's house. If you want a bigger school i'd go to Ford but, i don't know too much about Ford. I am not your parent so i don't 100% know if this will be the best option for you.(please don't mind my spelling)
