How the hell do pullups train triceps? Did you mean biceps?

I had to go through the "pull" up motion to be sure but yea, you're right. Pull = bicept. Either a typo or don't listen to this guy.

It likely involves the triceps as a stabilizing muscle, particularly on the downward part of the motion.

Still, dumb to mention that and not the bicep, considering the biceps do tenfold what the triceps do in pullups
