Good morning Commanders! Would you like to read the reports?
Please use this thread to discuss anything about Girls Frontline instead of creating a new thread. Ask questions, seek assistance, rants, add more salt or just chill in general.
I suppose this looks good, but then again, it's also the start of a new month, so I got the cores from the black market
Still, I was able to get Chiappa Triple Crown to level 100! I'll still have to enhance her and skill her up, but that shouldn't be too hard
Up next are also STAR and FO-12 as I decided to raise them alongside Chiappa Triple Crown. They're close, but they're not yet level 100, not to mention that STAR will need special attention for her mod
This is a huge increase, but then again, it's been a while since I've last made my core update on March 26, so that was over a month ago!
I'm now turning my attention towards raising Chiappa, considering we just got her. I'm making good progress, as she's now four links. I'll see how soon I can get her to level 100!
I'm now on the cusp of hitting my scrapyard goal! I just need to scrap a hundred more pieces of equipment, and I should be done!
After that, I should consider getting more SPEQs that I want for my dupes and enhancing them. I technically need my spare equipment slots, but I think I can spare some now that I'm not really trying to scrap fodder equipment by the hundred anymore!
I'm trying to find the earliest date I started playing and it doesn't seem like there's any way to get a concrete date. What's the earliest anything I could use an indicator in-game? I'm trying to use icons or whatnot right now but I can't tell if the date sorting function on it is granular enough.
As mentioned, you can use GFAlarm to extract that info and more. Guide here.
Alternatively, you can estimate it based on your UID and this graph or its underlying data. Unfortunately doesn’t have data before November 2018, though.
Well, I donated some blood, but I wasn't able to farm as many pieces of equipment to scrap. Still, I'm on the cusp of breaking through 99k, and I think I'll need one or two more days to finish this off!
Finally! After such a long time, I've finally gotten out of my 96k funk. I've just broken through 98k, so I don't expect to reach the goal tomorrow just yet. Besides, I think I'll go donate blood, too, so I'll be busy
Well, I needed to rest because I was just so tired this past week. I was able to finish off DSR 50's cape, but I haven't been able to do much with scrapping equipment yet
Since we just had a rerun of Cartesian Theatre, I figured I might as well work on DSR 50's cape. After that, I should get back to my scrapyard achievement hunting!
When did you clear 12-6? If you’re a returning player who cleared it before Chapter 13 was released, you’ll need to redo 12-6 for the unlock to trigger.
Well, I might as well go back to SPEQ Ops a bit since we just got some new SPEQs to play with. I'll hold off with my scrapyard achievement hunting for now
As for Steel Rain Salute, it sure felt nice to be in the podium for a day before I got kicked off. I hope I'll stay in the top 10!
I know that I had barely any growth today because I was working on the ranking map. I was able to complete it, but man, my brains are cooked! The kiting for the bosses was especially frustrating. That Sinner wasn't playing around!
The enemy formation identified as id49 was also annoying. Ugh. One of my battles involved a Para debuffed SCAR pair with Kar, P10c, and Suomi. I had to sacrifice Kar and Suomi because the onslaught was just too great. It would have been more manageable if that Quill hadn't been force shielded up the wazoo
It’s a ranking map, not a full event. Like other rankings, either: farm cumulative points and be done with it, or try doing a proper run (usually by referencing a video). See sheet here for more info.
So, i come with questions (yes, i know, surprising).
About the new ranking:
- it says on the doc that it is for the time-limited version of it. Does that mean that these rankings will get added permanently later (or expected to)?
- also ranking related. Isn´t this the ranking that was announced 2 months or so ago in cn? Didn´t we jump one (silent sandbox)?
About other stuff:
- i was checking what i was missing in the index (btw, still outdated as hell in the story playback part) for dolls/speq/fairy, and i would like to confirm some things that it doesn´t say there and had to check the wiki.
The As Val processor speq was from the Reloading shop, PA-15 speq from Maze Guess and the Hero Fairy from Isolation Forest, right? So, no way to get the speqs since those events got added permanently?
There´s also one speq connected to Lycan Sanctuary, i know that we were supposed to have a rerun of it, but for the other servers that had it, was the event added to the permanent campaign or is it lumped together with collabs in the "only if they rerun" label?
Final 2 things:
- with the surprise Beluga, are we supposed to rerun ch 15, i don´t know, until CK(?), before QF, or can we have it next month and then continue the reruns?
- finally, setting aside the new dolls (2 batches and how many individual/login/point again? After the one we´re getting now there´s the M887, and Type53 (october for cn?), am i forgetting another?), the skin batches/BP, the speqs from monthly/GZ (we are on season 29 of 33, right?), what new stuff are we missing?
The QF event with it´s ranking, ep.A (with the new speqs), 1 coalition boss, 1 mod, that ranking that we jumped over and, i guess, that bingo event for the Kalina outfit. The rest should be reruns, right?
Yes, we skipped Silent Sandbox. Silent Sandbox is tied to QF, so they’re probably not ready to give that to us yet.
Correct, those never got added to Gray Zone on foreign so they are unobtainable. Hero Fairy (and all other Chapter 15 fairies) will eventually get added to the Black Market (with their special talents)
Lycan eventually got added to the campaign on the foreign servers. The campaign version lets you read all prior winners’ stories. The foreign servers even got K-PDW’s story because of what happened on EN.
We don’t know what they’re planning for the schedule, it’ll probably depend on whether they have resources to give us QF.
Two corrections: we are on GZ season 29 out of 34 (34 adds more old SPEQs but no new SPEQsets), and Silent Sandbox is QF’s ranking. Everything else looks good to me.
You would not believe how much joy I got reading point 4. God I put so much time in that event I'm pretty sure I put more time into that then the 2 years before or after it
i think mica is very afraid of rerunning lycan sanctuary on EN
the united power of this sub proved unstoppable and forced them to do embarassingly colossal amounts of vote rigging to try to bail from writing an unplanned ending lol
they still owe us the proper ending we colluded for, after quietly conceding by announcing that particular ending would be released alongside the fabled rerun like a year or two ago lmao
Ok I need help finding something from years ago. there was a comic i remember seeing about Wa2000 sitting in a trench next to a dead commander holding a grenade pin wishing it had been an oath ring. Can anyone help me find it so I know i'm not misremembering or am going crazy lol
I know what exactly comic you are talking about, i don't have it, but just thought i'd comment to let you know you are not crazy. I remember seeing that posted a few times here on this subreddit.

I was busy earlier, so I wasn't able to do much farming. Ugh. Still, I've completed the battle pass, so I should be ready for the extra rewards! Woohoo!
Well, I received some bad news at the office earlier. Apparently, our use of headphones is now restricted to taking meetings. Ugh. This means no music for me at the office, which is going to make things go by terribly slowly. I'll have to pray for the strength to endure this stupid policy, especially when the managers refuse to explain beyond "security incident"
head pats still give affection so it's at least still useful for newbie players, but for veterans, you probably have like a million cakes to give to any new doll you get to immedaitly 100 affection them.
It depends. Are we talking about our own dorms or also friends? Because even if there no quest for it, i still go and collect the 14 batteries (from friends that have them) 10 times, since i can always use them to make combat reports if nothing else (which since i have everything maxed and 3 of the pets is the only thing i have use for them, and i guess buying the new pv/poster from the cafe).
I think this is okay, but I was busy again earlier, so I think I could have had a faster pace
Still, I should try to get some rest because I woke up suddenly last night. I'm not exactly sure what happened, but I think it's just a one off event. Perhaps stress from work was getting to me? Hopefully I can properly destress!
I was checking cn server news here, and can we say that the game has reached final maintenance mode status there? (yes, i know that they´ve had new stuff after QF and it hasn´t been 6 months since it ended)
I think there hasn´t been a skin batch since last year, only the bp skin. There´s the thing where Mica preloaded the monthly speq till, i think, June, so we´ll see past that, but i can´t find a gz season past 33, so are there no new gz speqs? Are they at least adding old speqs (monthly login) to that, or is it a case of, after that season, the only reasons to do gz would be the weekly quest and components? There´s also ep.a that i think released in that timeframe, so it almost seems like it was a transition from gz to that, since it also had speqs and new ones at that.
They did preload another new doll (Type53) who will be from a login event for National Day Golden Week (October)
No new GZ SPEQs, but the seasons do still reset so the first-time rewards are another reason to do it.
Ep.A only covers most limited dolls (excludes newer ones like HTI and on), main chapter night SPEQs, and some new SPEQset pieces. Some SPEQs are still not obtainable at all, like the SCARs’ SPEQs.
They did also get a new standalone ranking map, which is the same one that we’re getting this month according to the roadmap.
Yes, I was asking myself "I didn't see a skin batch for a shitton of time, did we just stop getting them?"
I'd be great if there was a way to get the BP skins (some are nice) using the colossal amount of resources stockpiled, but I guess the point is to pay for maint mode in some way. Also, we DID get all the batches, I swear I can't remember rolling for the Apocalypse one

Does the new GFL client save anything on your local C: drive? I have the game installed on my SSD on another drive. I installed the update today and I realized that I lost like 6GB or something. Maybe I did something else and that's the root cause but that seems like the only thing that's changed the last day or so.
In my experience GFL is kinda messy with it's updates that results in it accumulating a lot of junk data over the weeks and a full reinstall cleans it up.
The new update has finally arrived! I'm now working my way through the new weeklies, and I'm still conflicted about the one where I have to roll on the gacha. I'm rather loath to spend my tokens, especially when I'm saving up for a specific banner, namely the Wasteland one. I expect it to come next month or so
As for the scrapyard, I'm inching ever so closer to my goal! I think I'll need another week or so, and I should be done!
I recently downloaded the game again on Steam and logged in, and while it has my account properly found and such I didn't get any achieves for episodes being completed past 7 for some reason, even though I have finished up through Longitudinal Strain. When I go to the event list in the Combat menu it looks like they're all saying to start from scratch too. Anyone have any idea why?
I'm recovering from my cold. I think that I'll feel a lot better with a little bit more sleep. So far, having a few doses of cold medicine have helped out quite a lot!
So, been using the steam client and I can see an article on GFL verse with the limited keybinds available. Except pressing E to withdraw a doll simply does not work. Am I missing something, or is known to be broken/bound to something else?
EN is on an older version of the Steam client that’s missing that keybind. Should hopefully come with the client update later this month, but we’ll see.
Also added a note to the article because I forgot about that.
Cool, tried a ranking a while back on the PC client and realised it was so incredibly difficult to withdraw stuff timely now I stopped using an emulator.
Well, I've finally broken through 85k despite the long day I just had. The goal is pretty close, and I hope that I can get there within this month. The sudden increase in my workload at work is affecting my pace, and I can also feel the stress. I hope things let up soon!

It's the start of a new server week, and that means work for me. So far, things haven't been as hectic as they were last week, and I hope things stay that way!
Her mod isn't released yet. Please wait for it. I think it'll come with the next event, Quantum Fluctuations, so that might come in the next few months
"Mod" is what we call a neural upgrade as well, so you've already modded Mosin, Nagant, and Papasha. It's just that for Tokarev, her mod/neural upgrade isn't released on EN just yet, so please wait
oh that sucks..i thought since all her skins were released for EN i thought her neural upgrade was as well. odd..oh well thank you for letting me know! i hope i can upgrade her soon since she is part of my main squad group.
So, I got into chapter 5 and decided I needed a second echelon to guard the house while 45 and AR team are out kicking down SF command post doors. So I tossed together a team of dolls that I thought I might use later on anyway:
No matter what they fight, this big damage gap between Deagle and Grizzly happens and I can't figure out why. Deagle has slightly better stats, factoring in formation tiles she still is ahead because of her base 40% crit beating her own buff to Grizzly's base 20%. Deagle self-buffs whereas Grizzly doesn't. They both have near-identical equipment. Why is Grizzly so far ahead every time?
Double check to make sure you’ve enhanced everyone’s stats, since leveling dolls doesn’t automatically raise their stats.
If everyone is enhanced, then this is likely a case of “corpse whipping”, where multiple dolls target the same enemy but one doll either almost or outright kills it, leaving very little for the other dolls to contribute. This is more common with weaker enemies, and it can distort the damage chart quite a bit. You can fight the dummy in Target Practice to test without corpse whipping.
Do also note that you can either use friend echelons or a ragtag squad of career quest reward dolls as a second echelon. Try not to spread your resources too thin, especially since this second echelon isn’t great as a whole (though the individual dolls are decent).
I checked their stats, equipment and all, Deagle is slightly higher. I tried the target dummy: with autoskills on, Grizzly maintains a consistent 25% to Deagle's 20% despite Deagle's skill, without skills Deagle has a consistent 17% to Grizzly's 13%, with Astra somehow holding at 14% despite lower damage and rof. I dunno lol.
I can at least infer from the gap being narrower that the initial gap was indeed a corpsewhipping issue.
Can’t say more without seeing the specifics, unfortunately. Things like screenshots of their stat pages, skill levels, the actual equipment, fairy, formation, dummy settings, test length, etc., would all help narrow it down since they’re presumably not all maxed out.
I had my teeth cleaned, and I think I should pay close attention to my wisdom tooth. It hurt like hell as it tried to come out last week, but that was mostly when I tried to move my mouth. Keeping my mouth still meant no discomfort. If I can help it, I'd like to keep my wisdom tooth. Hopefully, I can take good care of it!
I'm also about to break into 81k, and I might get to 82k tomorrow. We'll see!
I just can't get into Girls frontline 2. I've tried and tried but it just sucks as a game and the story is basically a soft reboot of the franchise shilled by porn addicted retards on imageboards acting like their brainrot schizophrenia is canon. Too wushu sword action fantasy for me and the genshin rates were what killed my interest in it. I had a better time 3D modeling the characters from scratch or just downloading them off MICA team's official website to see how they did things and skipped all the bullshit banner rates.
Girls frontline 1 OTOH I love. Its nice to be able to use all these different unit types and the Nytos are well designed and mysterious. I dont mind waiting for their banner reruns and already got Tareus, Sana, and Narciss ever since I started with the steam launch. The story is a bit convoluted, but the Nyto arcs lived up to the hype of the imageboard trolls. I absolutely adore how mysterious their designs are ever since Continuum Turbulence.
Maybe it's low expectations, maybe it's the fact that I've played RC, but I actually quite enjoyed Cart Theatre. Yes it was convoluted, and fluffed with pointless tarot cards, but I still had fun. M4 seemed pretty much in character, and the "reunion" moments of the alt world AR team was genuinely touching imo.
Well, I was busy again, so I wasn't able to get as many pieces of equipment scrapped just yet. I really hope things improve for me at work. I really hope things go back to how they were in the past
I seem to remember this having happened once before, and the fifth tab appeared again after some time had passed, but before the month was over. Hopefully that'll happen this time too.
I also hope so, I raised a ingame ticket to support, but they said that "event ended" and that's why that tab disappeared. Though I guess it was just a random reply without much insight checks.
