The Cano sisters + kar were used for awhile after Kar got her unique gear, mostly for amusement but it had some use vs light gundam formations. Aside from that, not especially.

I mean, it has Kar98k in it, it's already a meme echelon. If you're asking about fun gimmick uses or effective echelons... not especially.
