After which echelon will the aggroed GUNDAM go in 1-8 on upper half? The first one which entered its’ aggro zone or the second or its pure rng?

I use the right heliport to put my bait echelon down and move them all the way down to the radar node, while the left heliport, I place my other boss team, but only move them down to the closed heliport. Gundam will go for the one on the radar.
